Managing Across Cultures

Half-a-day workshop

​

This workshop will examine the different managing styles of executives as they are confronted to managing teams composed of people from different cultures. In particular, we will address the low-context versus high-context cultures, the decision-making processes underlying each culture, the fact-based versus relationship-based cultures and how managers can manage diversity effectively.
The target population is that of managers who lead teams with members not necessarily sitting at the same location.
